Box Therapy Training

Integrate non-contact boxing into your therapeutic practice

Box Therapy training equips mental health practitioners to use non-contact boxing as part of their therapeutic practice, creating opportunities to engage young people through movement, relationship and community.

The two-day training offers practical, hands-on experience teaching boxing basics and how they can be applied to therapeutic practice. The two days are experiential, so get prepared to get stuck in.

No boxing experience needed.

Who is the training for?

Box Therapy training is for qualified mental health practitioners working therapeutically with young people, including counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists and other relevant professionals.

It doesn't replace the way you already work. It expands it.
