Ambassador Lee Selby gets World Title Shot

Empire Fighting Chance ambassador Lee Selby will contest his world title fight against IBF featherweight champion Evgeny Gradovich on May 30th at the O2 Arena in London.Since winning the title in 2013, Gradovich has made defences in America and China and Hearn has been holding talks aimed at luring the California-based Russian to these shores.We are pleased to stage the fight in the UK and I'm very confident Lee will become the IBF champion in his next fight.” Promoter Eddie Hearn.The IBF has ordered Gradovich to make his next defence against Selby, who has dominated the British domestic scene, defeating the likes of Stephen Smith, Martin Lindsay and Rendall Munroe.Lee is a frequent visitor to EFC and has often been seen giving advice to the young people and making appearances on school achievement days.
