Join Empire Fighting Chance’s national network of educators and practitioners and learn to deliver a pioneering approach to preventative mental health.

Empire Fighting Chance uses non-contact boxing to help young people overcome life challenges through physical activity and emotional development.

We use it as our vehicle to showcase a new approach to supporting young people and their mental health. With a focus on education about the nature of the mind and how it works, we prevent young people from reaching crisis-point.

Why Become a Box Champions Leader?

Box Champions is designed to be accessible and impactful. With over 20 themed sessions, it offers a structured yet flexible approach to supporting young people’s mental health, confidence, and behaviour. You don’t need any boxing experience — full training equips you with everything needed to deliver the programme effectively. Alongside boxing drills, you’ll explore key emotional development principles like resilience, leadership, and self-awareness. Once trained, you can run sessions in your own setting or license the programme to offer it to other organisations, creating a meaningful income stream while making a lasting difference.

Who is this for?

Boxing Champions is for youth leaders, coaches, and professionals who want to create meaningful experiences for young people through movement, mindset, and connection. Whether you're working in a school, youth organisation, or community setting, Box Champions offers a structured way to explore emotional development through boxing — with the option to lead sessions yourself or bring Empire Fighting Chance in to deliver them. It’s also a chance to grow your own practice by licensing the programme and sharing it with others.
