Schools
We deliver the largest non-contact boxing programme for schools in the UK and work with primary schools, secondary schools and alternative providers across the South West of England and South Wales.
What we offer
Our 3 psychologically informed non-contact boxing programmes are proven to support schools and young people with a range of complex issues, including engagement, behaviour and regulation, mental health, and violence prevention.
What we can offer:
BOX CHAMPIONS
A trained coach combines non-contact boxing, mentoring and psychological education to empower young people with the skills and inspiration needed to make positive changes in their lives.
BOX THERAPY
An alternative therapeutic approach designed to engage young people who don’t always connect with traditional therapy services. With the support of a qualified therapist, a range of appropriate psychological approaches are weaved into sessions to help young people explore their feelings and behaviours.
Box Careers
This programme supports young people aged 16 to 25 with their learning, training, and work by offering non-contact boxing alongside career and education activities.
