Locally Trusted Organisations
We’re partnering with locally trusted organisations to deliver our training programmes and empower communities to transform young lives from within.
PARTNERING FOR NATIONAL IMPACT
At Empire Fighting Chance, we believe that meaningful, lasting change happens when you work with communities, not just in them. That’s why a core part of our mission is partnering with locally trusted organisations, those already embedded in their communities and best placed to support young people.
Youth centres, grassroots charities and other local organisations understand the challenges their community of young people face because they live and work alongside them. By sharing our programmes, training, and resources with them, we amplify their impact while ensuring that support reaches those who need it most.

A COMMUNITY-LED APPROACH
Our approach is simple: we provide high-quality, evidence-based programmes and the practical support to deliver them, while our partners bring their deep local knowledge, relationships, and trust.
We train local staff and volunteers in how to deliver our psychologically-charged boxing-based interventions, offer ongoing coaching and mentoring, and help partners access the funding and build the infrastructure needed to sustain their work.
This collaborative model ensures that support is relevant, culturally responsive, and locally owned.

WHO WE WORK WITH
We collaborate with a wide range of locally trusted organisations, including:
- Youth centres and Youth Zones
- Violence reduction units and diversion schemes
- Charities supporting marginalised or ‘at-risk’ young people
- Schools and Alternative Education Providers
- Local Authorities and community safety partnerships
- Youth Justice Services
These organisations are united by a deep commitment to their communities and a desire to create better futures for young people.
WHY IT WORKS
· Trusted relationships: Local organisations often have long-standing, trusted relationships with young people and families.
· Better engagement: Young people are more likely to engage with familiar, accessible services in their own neighbourhoods.
· Sustainable change: By strengthening existing organisations, we help build resilient communities that can support young people for the long term.
GROWING LOCAL IMPACT
So far, we’ve partnered with over 25 community organisations across the UK—helping them deliver transformative support to more than 15,000 young people.
Together, we’re not just delivering programmes. We’re building a network of empowered, community-led organisations that are changing lives every day.
PARTNER WITH US
We offer training for our Box Champions and Box Therapy programmes
Our two-day training course is delivered at our gym in Bristol that’s forged world boxing champions. This is followed by 12 months support from our team to help our partners apply what they’ve learned to their local context.
