We’re growing a nationwide network of boxing clubs equipped to deliver our proven training programmes, transforming young lives and communities across the UK.

PARTNERING FOR NATIONAL IMPACT

At Empire Fighting Chance, we're proud to be leading a nationwide movement to transform young lives through boxing. Since 2022, our partnership with Matchroom and England Boxing has enabled us to scale our impact by sharing our evidence-based programmes and unique approach with boxing clubs across the UK.

Through this collaboration, we are equipping community boxing clubs with the tools, training, and support needed to deliver powerful, psychologically-charged programmes for young people facing adversity. These clubs are not just places to box, they are safe, consistent spaces where young people can build confidence, resilience, and a brighter future.

 

GROWING A NATIONAL NETWORK

Local boxing clubs are uniquely placed to support young people, but they need the right resources to do so effectively. That's why we’ve created a national model to share our tried-and-tested programmes, including our approach to mentoring, therapy, and careers support, all rooted in the discipline and ethos of boxing.

Working closely with our partners, we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to funding opportunities, helping clubs become sustainable, high-impact community organisations.

  

OUR IMPACT SO FAR

Since launching our national partnership in 2022:

• We've trained over 50 boxing clubs across the UK.
• These clubs have gone on to support more than 15,000 young people.
• Collectively, our club partners have raised close to £4 million to sustain and grow their work.

This is just the beginning. Together with our partners, we are building a movement—one that empowers local boxing clubs to change lives, tackle inequality, and give every young person a fighting chance.

  

PARTNER WITH US

We offer training for our Box Champions and Box Therapy programmes.

Our two-day training course is delivered at our gym in Bristol that’s forged world boxing champions. This is followed by 12 months support from our team to help our partners apply what they’ve learned to their local context.
